This can be used in a few scenarios:
Send customer gift card when a specific product or variant is purchased
Send a bonus gift card when a specific gift card amount is purchased
The Flow
In Shopify Flow, create a new Workflow.
Trigger
Order paid - we recommend using Shopify's Order paid trigger, which will only trigger when payment for the order has been captured
Condition
You can add any conditions you'd like here
Some common ones might include:
Order > lineItems > variant > id - choose a specific variant
Order > lineItems > product > id - choose a specific product
Action
Givy > Create and send gift card
This will create a new gift card and send it to the customer
