Givy offers a range of plans, giving flexible options for smaller merchants all the way up to global Plus merchants. In general, the more expensive a plan, the lower the transaction fee, and the more features are available.
What are transaction fees?
When a gift or gift card is created via the Givy app, the amount of this gift may be subject to a transaction fee. Transaction fees are charged for:
Gift cards and gifted products/subscriptions purchased on the online store
Gift cards and gifted products/subscriptions created from the Givy admin
Gift cards and gifted products/subscriptions created via the Givy API
Gift cards and gifted products/subscriptions created via Shopify Flow

Basic Plan

Transaction fee: 1.5% of gift cards or gifts created
